The President signed decree on dismissal of foreign minister
Tuesday, January 26th, 2010President Dalia Grybauskaitė, acting in conformity with Article 84 (7) and (9) of the Constitution of Lithuania and based on the proposal submitted by Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius, signed a decree on accepting the resignation of Foreign Minister Vygaudas Ušackas.
President Grybauskaitė assigned National Defense Minister Rasa Juknevičienė to act as foreign minister until a new minister is appointed.
